Data Analysis extracts

There are two stages to the data analysis page, the first step is to create a data extract to perform analysis on, this creates a subset of the data to be manipulated and analysed.
Examine
The second step is to choose and configure the charts you want to view on the analysis report, access this view by selecting the Examine button.
Enter a name and optional description to provide context to others who will access the same extract. Analysis is applied at a building level.
You can generate an extract for any building you have view access to. The smaller the size of the extract the faster the analysis charts will be processed so narrow down the scope as much as possible by selecting configure time ranges, for example by excluding Saturdays and Sundays and non-working hours the size of the extract can be reduced by over two thirds.
You can use the move buttons to change the order of the charts and use the Delete button to remove a chart (this action can be reversed.
