Create service requests
GemEx EngineĀ® users that have the Service Manager Role with services permissions set to manage level can create standard service requests from within the Service request page. Users cannot create service requests associated to Bookings from the Service Requests page.
It is important that the following apply in order to create service requests:
A shared user category association with a service (see User profile step 7 for more details).
The service must be equal to or lower than your user account and role scopes.

Define a location at the building level or lower.

Choose a standard service available at the location selected. If the selected service has an SLA applied in Service settings, the estimated due date will be displayed.

Add an optional note to give more context about the request being raised.
